Each day be slightly different, but will begin with a nourishing, morning yoga practice in the stunning, open-air shala overlooking the ocean - preparing your body for acro yoga through the practice of asana and meditation. These sessions are optional and you are welcome to use the time to relax, get to know the other guests explore and make the most of the resort at your leisure.
After breakfast, we begin the daily acro yoga practice. Every day, your head instructor Angelo will teach an acro yoga workshop focusing on one of the various aspects of partner acrobatics - be it L-basing, counterbalances, flowing sequences or static poses. Each session will cater to all levels so whether you’re an acro yoga beginner or an experienced acroyogi, there’ll be something for you.
Following lunch, the day is yours! Each day will bring something new, be it a group excursion to an ancient Balinese temple, a magical rainforest waterfall, or tranquil Bias Tugel Beach for a photoshoot or an acro jam, you will have plenty of time to make the most of the island paradise that is Bali. Both Angelo and Sally will be around to take you to the most beautiful spots in Bali to capture your retreat experience.
Finally, on return to the resort, we will finish each day with a therapeutic Thai massage session to relax, revitalise and reset you in preparation for the following day!
